Logic Cartridge Valves Products
Logic Cartridge Valves
CV16 to CV40
2-way cartridge valves are elements that have been designed for a compact block design, in a standardized cavity according to ISO 7368. By selecting suitable cartridge and cover, it is possible to achieve functions like Check valve, Directional control valve, Unloading valve, Throttle valve etc. These valves offer fast response, have very low internal leakage and can handle very large flow rates. The cartridges are available with two area ratios. In most cases, the cover is also the connection from the control side of the power section to the pilot control valves. Refer cover section for different control options.
Logic Cartridge Covers- Standard Cover
CVC16 to CVC40
CVC**-X are the standard function cover, designed to hold cartridge valves into the ISO 7368 cavity. It controls the port C through x port provided on the cover to control the opening and closing operation of the cartridge valve.
Logic Cartridge Covers Relief Cover
CVC 16R to CVC 40R
CVC **-R are the the cartridge covers for the pressure relief function is designed as seat valve without area difference ( 1:1 area ratio). Poppet remain closed normally due to biased spring, until the set pressure is reach, after which it relieves oil to regular the pressure.
Logic Cartridge Covers
CVC16DE to CVC40DE
CVC**-DE is a logic cover used for directional control function of Cartridge valves. Different configurations of logic is available in 16 to 40 sizes.
Logic Cartridge Covers Shuttle Cover
CVC16S to CVC40S
CVC-**-S is shuttle cover designed fit on the cartridge valve to perform shuttle logic function, i.e to to connect port C of the Cartridge to one of the two pressure sources, brought to its port X and port Z1 . Automatic selection of higher source pressure and isolation of these pressures from one another is done by the built in Shuttle valve in the cover.
Logic Cartridge Covers Unloader Cover
CVC16U to CVC40U
CVC**-U is a pilot operated relief cum Unloading function when combined with a slip-in cartridge having a poppet area ratio of 1:1. Here the unloading is achieved by an external pressure , applied to its Z1 port.
